Food Chemistry and Analysis Laboratory

    Food Chemistry and Analysis Laboratory contains color image scanner, UV detector, electrophoresis tank, blow drying oven, low temperature refrigerator, pH meter, steam sterilizer, ash oven, Babcock centrifuge, balances, chromatography unit, conductivity meters, food dehydrator, freezers, freeze-drier, Kjeldahl digester and titrator, low pressure LC, light microscopes, microwave moisture analyzer, mixers, oxygen meter, Soxhlet extractor, spectrometers, TLC, vacuum evaporator, viscometers, water activity meter, consistometer, Infrared thermometer, protein analyzer, refractometer and differential scanning calorimeter. It locates at Yifu Building Room 108 (124 m2), Room 111 (120 m2) Room 113 and 114 (both 24 m2). It is utilized for teaching Food Chemistry Laboratory and Food Analysis Laboratory. The relocation of CFEB laboratories are constructed to meeting the requirement of teaching and the safety standards.
